Looks like he's all cowpony. He has good cowy/foundation lines in the back pedigree.

Doc Quixote was a NCHA sire, his offspring has produced more than $10 million in the arena.
He was a nice thick bodied stallion, super nice stud. And of course Poco Bueno and Colonel Freckles speak for themselves!
Poco Bueno is said to be linked to HERDA in the quarter horse world....
