Any recommendations?.... Formula 707 calming essentials? Any paste suggestions? I also heard there's an IV injection that you can give two hours before competition that works well... Any help is appreciated!

I always like THE Calming Cookies but if your horse won't eat those they have THE Calming Powder. It's a little more potent because it is more concentrated.

I've had success with Quietex paste.  Never tried the powder though.  I use the paste because my horse is sane at the house, it's just before a run that he needs it.

animed Vitacalm.  Research calming supplements, most are magnesium based.  The vitacalm has worked on every horse I've tried it on.

I have used 707 calming essentials paste, jailbreak and Oxy-Zen with great results.  None of them took the run out of the horse.  I am going to be buying some of the 707 calming essentials pellets for a mare than needs something everyday.
