OMG i'm so mad at myself....was trying so hard and was getting the hang of it and over the weekend with valentines day etc i ate a bunch of things i was not supposed to not just once but repeatedly! God help me....i want to lose around 20 lbs before barrel season kicks in this spring and running out of time....Tomorrow is a new day tho so i guess i'll just run EXTRA this week. lol

ya i just looked at your blog and it is really great ....thanks! I'm trying to work out on my own without a trainer or anything....i do Jamie Eason from Body building ....her regime for weight lifting and then i try to jog 2 to 3 times a week also altho here where i live it has been super frigid so i havent been able to as much....but i think the weather is gonna break this week and i have got to get back out there. My body has felt so crappy this weekend after eating badly ....so i want to get back on track....i'm no spring chicken but started running last fall at age 48 and i am actually starting to like it. thanks for the encouragement and your blog!!!
