| I'm currently looking into putting some horses on different supplements for Joint, hooves and overall health. I'm leaning towards the Smartpaks. Anyone have and good/bad experience with these? and how would you say they compare to Platinum and Animal Element
Thanks! |

| I am loving the platinum performance. Not the CJ because that's out of my price range but the regular stuff has joint and over all everything in it. My vet recommended it |

| I love the regular Platinum. The company will send trial samples.
I have two mares (one older and one a growing 3 yo.) on it and can't say enough positive things. I chose Platinum over SmartPak because of money. In my case for what I am trying to accomplish (overall health for both and supportive growth for the filly), Platinum was cheaper if I bought the 25lb buckets and fed it daily as recommended.
SmartPak is a good company too. As far as I know, both companies guarantee crude analysis of their products. And they both offer the easy rip and serve packages that make it super easy and helpful when others are feeding for you. Platinum even has "made on dates" on their products as well as expiration dates; I'm not sure about SmartPak. I have had only positive interaction with Platinum and they were awesome to work through all my questions.
ETA- I started with SmartPak and when I needed to re-order, checked out Platinum and that is the basis for my switch, money stuff. My horses look great, have kept their tops easily this winter, and I just love what Platinum has done as a whole.

| I too love Platinum - have mine on just the regular joint supplement as well as the hoof one, costs $55 shipped each month. It's well worth the price in my mind! |

Location: Randolph, Utah | I just ordered some platinum performance. I'm anxious to see how my mare does on it.
Does anyone feed forco and platinum? I know platinum had a digestive supplement in it, so is forco still needed? |

Call Platinum and ask the advisers. For real. They are great people and if they don't know the answer are good at finding it and getting it to you. You may have to ask for a specialist and not just the first person who answers the phone.

When I had my best horse, I was sponsored by Platinum but I still always gave them Forco. It's fine. |
