Expert Posts: 1414	I have a Yahoo email account. It said I needed to upgrade to newest version and had to run (or not run can't remember) in compatibility view. I changed that and now I can't watch videos on youtube, horse video links in ads, etc. I tried changing it back to how it was multiple times and still no videos. I can hear the sounds on the videos but no picture. Any ideas?

Rad Dork Posts: 5218 Location: Oklahoma	I'm no help, but I'd love to know how to get my yahoo email account off the new type! It won't let me automatically add e-mail addresses when I start typing them... that's very annoying!! I don't have any problems with YouTube though when mine changed. That might be more of an internet setting? I dunno if Yahoo and YouTube are directly related.

Expert Posts: 1414	I hate it when things don't work. LOL I just tried to play a video, I get sound, no picture and I can't adjust the volume button or anything. It's like my computer doesn't recognize it's there other than the noise.

Might have to go into the control panel to find it. You must be thinking about "restore".. That's what I'd do. Go to windows Help and type in 'restore' and step back to a point nearest to before you made the changes.
