I had posted awhile back about a pair of ferrinis I had ordered and the insides were messed up. I got the boots at the beginning of December sent them back and its now March and still havent received a new pair yet. The place I bought them said they had to send them to ferrini to do the exchange.. Why cant they just grab another pair off the shelf and send them to me and they can wait on ferrini. Anyone else have this happen??

I personally would draft a very nice and DETAILED letter about the progression of this complaint and contact the company......
Be sure to include all factual data....when, where and how much you paid....detail of date etc, that you returned them to the store and any communication that you have had with the store. My guess would be that the "store" where you bought them hasn't even sent them in.....

I work at a western store. 3 months is NOT normal to wait on a replacement pair of boots. What we do where I work is:
Customer brings the boots back with ""defect".
We look at it and determine if we can replace on the spot, or if the company needs to make the call. If it is a brand new boot like ours, obviously we would replace them if we had the same thing in stock, or you could just get something else. We send them back to be examine by the company when it's a well-used boot that could possibly be from normal wear. This normally happens with work boots, bc they can do a test for corrosive materials coming in contact with the boot.
When we do send a pair back, we have to make the customer wait. Normally, within a couple weeks we get an answer. Never 3 months.

Now, it may be that the exact boot you ordered is out of stock with Ferrini and that's what is taking so long.

I would ask for a full refund and go somewhere else. Or contact Ferrini directly and explain the situation. Be patient if you call them. There are a lot of employees and a lot of transfers. And you may have to tell your story a few times LOL.
Good luck!

Personally, I would contact Ferrini in writing........therefore,  having a copy of all communication and a contact person to speak to when calling if there is not a resolution. Additionally, as she posted in her prior thread, she purchased these boots from an "online" store. She did not divulge the name of the store but MANY online stores sell "seconds".  Either way, in writing or calling, I would do it immediately.....too long to wait for a resolution.
