Can I have her number? LOLIt makes WAY more sense to try the horse first and I would suggest doing so...but having said that I have purchased a few horses without riding them. One was a 2D horse, the other was a 1D horse. Both horses were exactly as they were represented. It takes me a while to get with a horse and I'm not comfortable getting on a strange horse and making a run. I'm not talking a 4D run, I'm talking about riding a 1D rocket. It takes me a while to trust a new horse (aka FAST horse) so even if I would have drove the 500+ miles to see said horse I wouldn't have made a "real" run on the horse. Yes the smart thing is to see and ride horse first but I've done it before and if my gut trusts the seller I'd probably do it again.
