It's a leather conditioner and is recommended for the elk seats but can be used on the whole saddle. Amazon has a great price on it. 

After I discoverd how awesome Blackrock makes my leather feel I will always us it. Bought a new to me Caldwell saddle and used the Blackrock on my seat and then try it on the leather of my saddle and oh wow love how it looks and feels.
