Platinum Performance CJ vs. Other Joint Supplements?

How do y'all compare platinum performance CJ to other joint supplements on the market? I have never tried anything but platinum and I am happy with it. I have young horses but I want to take a preventative approach to joint issues. I have been looking into Tight Joints Plus and a few others and just wonder how they stack up against CJ. I compared ingredients but there are a few different ingredients and I am wondering exactly what their purposes are.
For example, CJ has cetyl myristoleate and ASU but TJP has Yucca and Shark Cartilage. What do these ingredients do and are some better than others? Thanks!

I love love love tight joints plus! It has done wonders for my mare! She is running better than ever on it. I have never used the platinum but I have friends who have used it. I have a friend who uses the cj on one horse and the tight joints on another with lots of arthritis and I think the tight joints is really the way to go when worrying about joints. I have seen a lot of horses in my area really benefit from it and have gotten to witness first hand how much it helps and the price is quite a bit better than the platinum. I would give it a shot, I guarantee you wouldn't be disappointed.

My vet recommends the Platinum CJ. I had my mate on the Tight Joints Plus and she had to be injected. Her synovial fluid was very thin. That's when I changed to the CJ. Love it

I used Platinum CJ for several years on all of my horses. I didn't really have any complaints, but I also didn't really see any benefits. I switched to Oxy-Gen products and now my horses' injections last longer.

My smartest friend who happens to also be a doctor is very particular about what she believes in and ASU being one of the things that she said has verifiable gold standard testing.... not sure exactly what that means BUT I always remember ASU because of that and Platinum has a great reputation. Quality is not cheap as we know. Other than that- I believe in Adequan and wise managment of sore horses.

I use PP with the recommendation from my vet. My horses look and feel great.
