Breeding question

While searching for a stallion what are halls opinions on the right size to breed to that will be okay for a mare to have. Say I have a mare who's 14.3 hands and I want to breed to a stallion 16.1 hands. Would I be taking too much of a chance of the baby being too big?
I'm trying to get prepared for next breeding season. And learning as much as I can!

I have don't have an issue with that big of a size difference in mare and stallion. People say that a mare won't grow a foal that is too big for her to deliver. This is NOT TRUE!! The vast majority of the time, yes they are able to deliver just fine even with a big difference in size. But a mare having a foal that is too large for her to deliver CAN happen occasionally. Some stallions are known for producing foals that are very large at birth. I stay away from those. My stallion is 16 hands and has been bred to mares that are 14.2 and shorter. None have had any issues. The foals have all been easily delivered by the mare. They also tend to be taller than the mare by the time they are 24 months old.
