Who Wants to Trade?

| My dear husband lost his phone last night.Granted, it is approximately 4 years old and has seen more than its share of dirt, water, and everything else...I'm also fairly certain we're the only two people who still use blackberrys. That said.We have unlimited data with Verizon but we're paying a solid bit.Very tempted to switch to AT&T (mind you, we've been with Verizon for approximately 9-10 years at this point). Who do you use and how happy are you? Coverage is very important as he is on the road a solid bit or with clients looking at relatively remote properties. |

Location: oklahoma | Been with us cellular for over 15 years, love the androids for the past few years. No complaints. The only other company around here that I've heard the same rave reviews is AT&T :) |

Location: North Texas | Been with AT&T (or derivatives thereof) for going 18 years. Did ONE contract with Verizon (2 years I think it was) and did not have good service @ all!
Multiple phones on a family plan. Good Service, Good Coverage (everywhere we have traveled) and Good Customer Service.
Oh! And multiple types of Phones, Microsoft, Android, and I Phone users in this plan. |

Location: Montana | We are pretty much happy with AT&T. No big complaints. Occasionally they'll screw something up, but mostly pretty good service. But our local office we usually go to is really helpful, and that makes a big difference. Up here in Montana we have terrible service if you get very far off the beaten path any ways, so as far as that goes it doesn't matter much. |

Location: Texas | If he does anything around the Stephenville area, my vote is AT&T. I had switched to Verizon because of hubby (this was when we were dating). Two years later, married, and new house, we BOTH switched to AT&T. Verizon service is bad in this area. At our last house and new house, Verizon service is almost non-existent. |

Location: Colorado plains standing on a goat head! | As mentioned, your best provider will depend where you are and where you go. We have the Blackberry Z10s on Verizon and really like them! I was able to drag my wife out the 1990s and she appreciates her smartphone (most of the time)! I have a friend that just got a BB Q10 and loves it! Happy hunting! |

| I use a local provider (their service bounces off of Verizon towers) and it does not cost me extra. I got a free (with a 2 year contract) Samsung Galaxy S3 (which I love) and I get a discount through my work. I was with AT&T for 7 years and switched becauase I went in to the local store and had HORRIBLE customer service. I was there to upgrade to a smart phone and the guy could have cared less about helping me. So, I went to the local provider and they were absolutely fantastic to work with. Great customer service and I am very happy with them. The only thing I notice is my phone tends to be on roaming a bit more often but as long as I don't get charged I could care less which tower the service comes from. |
