Subject: Wind and arenas

Location: USA		Going to be putting in an arena in the near future and I need some help. We've got crazy winds over here, north in the winter and south in the summer. I will be hauling in sand because our ground here is so hard, but I'm worried about the wind blowing it all away. I've thought about putting those cedar posts up vertically and close together on the north side, but wasn't sure if anyone else had any other ideas? Thanks!!
