So my neighbor bought some bee natural leather care products at the tack store and I've never used them before. She bought them so I can clean some of her tack for her. She got Leather Amore, Saddle Oil, and Rudy's Cleaner/Conditioner. After reading on the bottles is says that both Rudy's and Leather Amore are Cleaner/Conditioners?? So they are the same?? She thought that it was a 3 step system but it looks more like a 1 or 2 step! Anyone know??

I use Bee Natural on my own tack. Rudy's and Amore are both conditioners in their own way, but they're different. Here's what I do with Rudy's: I wet the leather down with water then clean it with saddle soap to remove all the grime, let it sit until only the core is still moist, oil as many times as necessary with the Saddle Oil (waiting for each coat to fully absorb before applying the next), then apply Rudy's. Rudy's is a bit of a conditioner, but more of a finish. Your leather will look matte-like after the oil, put some Rudy's on and buff it a little and you'll have a nice sheen and it'll protect the leather also. The process takes me usually at least 24 hours (if the air is dry, longer if its humid), and I only do it once or twice a year. Here's what I do with the Amore: use for quick cleaning/conditioning in between the deep cleaning with the saddle soap, oil and Rudy's.

thanks. so the Amore is kind of a stand alone product? just apply and buff?

And the oil and Rudy's should be used together after cleaning the leather.... ok I can remember that.

The issue I'm having is that my neighbor doesn't want her tack "wet" and I can only be over there working for 4 hrs max. due to my own time restraints. So sounds like I can get by with wiping it down the best I can and appying the amore (or rudy's if I run out of the amore) and apply the oil, then Rudy's if I want the sheen.

I have always used Leather Therapy and it seems so easy lol, when she showed me all this stuff she bought I was like, ummm what the heck!

She also bought Leather New, which is a one step spray that is a cleaner/conditioner. So I have my hands full! LOL! I have never been a fan of it because it feels tacky and I've had stuff mold after using it. But I can't tell her anything! (she's one of those kind lol)

Recently, it has launched a modern, fully organic leather Bio-White skin. This product does not contain metals and is fully environmentally friendly during the production process. Itan is a Polish distributor of leather hides and valued tanning chemicals, which is active throughout the Eastern European market.
