| I'm looking into an all around supplement with joint support for my 13yr gelding. He is on THE Muscle Mass now but when I re-order I was thinking of getting the joint support. BUT as I do more research I see alot of people like the Platinum CJ product. I'm not sure which one to get? Any recommendations? |

I've got a 3-yr-old which I have on Muscle Mass right now, and an 8-yr-old on CJ. They are both looking shiny and healthy!! |

| Platinum CJ is what I use. I love it. And it works. They also have great customer service. There is also research behind the product. My vet says it's the only joint product that actually works. |

Location: Randolph, Utah | Each horse is different. I have my mare on platinum (not the CJ) and one horse on THE. Both look really good and I think they are great products you just have to decided which one benefits your horse the best.
Kind of hard to compare them. |

This. I tried the THE products and used them for quite a while to give it an honest chance. I just didn't see the results I wanted. I switched to PP CJ and I love the results I've seen. Every horse is different. |

Location: Oklahoma | My gelding is on a THE MM Blend. I have not personally tried Platinum products, but the previous owner told me that he would not touch his feed if Platinum was added in. That could have just been a different version and not the CJ, I'm not sure. |

Location: Sunny So Cal | I have used both on all of my horses. They did well on Platinum, except for 1. For some reason she had a terrible allergic reaction to it. But why I switched to THE was better pricing, I believe a better product and I felt I got more bang for my buck. I LOVE how THE customizes supplements for your horse. You can either add up to 4 special blends or you can get it super customized and have it based off of your horses blood test. Therefore it targets all the deficiencies(so I'm not putting vitamins in that it doesn't need) and then addresses what ever else you want it to. AND surprisingly really really affordable. But also you have find out what works best for your horse. They all react different. |

| I have used THE products over the years and have always been happy with the results. I recently had a vet put my horse on a Platinum product for his front feet. He refused to eat it. It just seemed like there was a lot per dose, and since I don't feed a lot of grain it was difficult to get it really mixed in. I looked at the ingredients and think it's a really good product, too, and I intend to put another horse on it and see if they'll eat it.
Like others said, you'll just have to see what works for your individual horse. I have mine on an injectable joint supplement. But in the past I've also seen positive results with Cosequin.
Something my vet suggested was to add one thing at a time and give it a good chance. But if you aren't seeing results quit that one and try something else. He said that so many people just keep adding things when they aren't getting results. There is no sense in using a product that isn't giving positive results. |

Location: NC | I really love THE. The company. The products. The distributors. Everything.
I have one on a special MM blend and another on a special Performance blend. I really like what I've seen. My gelding seems to fire better and recover quicker on the THE.
I wouldn't hesitate to try Platinum CJ. If I could afford it. Lol. I stick with THE since it works and I can afford to keep feeding it. :) |

Location: Arkansas | Plus T.H.E. has a money back guarantee behind their product. I have used both the CJ and MM, i am currently using MM with 4 additives for both my mares and seeing great results for half the price of the CJ. I too use the Flamoxide product for my arthritis and could tell a difference the day after i started taking it, less inflammation and pain in my hands. Over memorial weekend i ran 2 horses for 4 days & normally this would cause me great pain and stiffness, but i didn't have any pain or stiffness in my body Praise God!!!! Thank you Bob for making such amazing products! |

| I've had at least two people switched from Platinum to THE and have been pleased, with both pricing and results!
I had a 19 y/o gelding switch to MM and the Flamoxide and he looks, AND PERFORMS, amazing! |

Location: Wonderful Wyoming | I know a lot of vets carry and stock Platinum so I wonder if they get a cut off the sales or some kind of kickback? Just curious as I see it in so many offices. I have had a few customers switch from it as well. One horse didn't eat it but licks the bucket clean with THE. I know most liked the Platinum, but it just wasn't very cost effective. Very spendy compared to THE. As others suggested, give it a try. THE has a money back guarantee and you don't have to jump through hoops to get it |

| My vote THE.
I'm a broke 19yo paying my own way through this crazy mess and with the THE I can afford the best for my horses. My running mare is on THE Muscle Mass Special Blend (plus joint, arthritis, ulcer prevent & Nutrawound X2) it costs me about $1/day. My mare is a hard keeper and the muscle mass has done wonders for that. I also found out she's got a bone spur in her L stifle so I had her injected and between the injection and the THE the spur is actually getting smaller and she improves literally every week I can tell a new, better difference. I also believe it has improved her appetite. She FINALLY finishes her grain (1# twice a day).
I'm a 100% believer in it. She gets her MM and a scoop of Nutrawound when/ if she's sore or hurt. It cuts down time in half. |
