How long would I have to mail in my transfer form? Does it matter if you wait 2 weeks or 2 years to register the horse you just bought? Sounds funny I know but I cant find a deadline.

No deadline or penalty fees if you don't send it in for a while. I've slacked on sending them in and never had a problem.
