Extreme Veteran Posts: 330	The cheapest place I have found it is ValleyVet. They usually run specials every few months. Be sure to start it a few days before your event. Omeprazole takes up to 24 hours to reach the full effect, so giving it the night before isn't going to help much. I'd start three days before.

Extreme Veteran Posts: 369 Location: south arkansas	valley vet just had a sale on it 29.00 per tube, my vet recommendations for prevention treatment is 48 hrs before event day of event and day after event.

All the research I read regarding prevention was for using a dose equivalent to 1/2 a tube, but the tube says give 1/4... I'm not going to take any chances either! lol

Extreme Veteran Posts: 369 Location: south arkansas	i also have mine on Uguard daily supplement for prevention, it is my understanding this product has been tested and proven to help in the prevent along with ucler guard before stressful events.
