What does everyone think of the Ortho Equine saddle pads? They have the Cloud pad
(I guess that's what it's called
) and a Wool weaves pad with the foam inserts. I just bought one of the wool ones at world but I haven't had the chance to use it and I'm wondering what everyone thinks of them
(:

I bought one at worlds two years ago and am still using it, great quality and they hold up great! A friend of mine also bought one and now has several, as well as a few other friends in our area. They swear by them, and have nice, consistent 1D horses so they definitely work and are more than worth their price!

I traded for a used one a year or so ago. I like it, but I can't use it under every saddle on every horse. It's a lot of pad, heavy and thick. It's the only one I have that isn't a wool felt, and it works great when I need it.

I don't think we have the same pad, the one I'm talking about is like a wool saddle blanket with 2 pockets on the inside for the thin foam inserts

I bought one at Youth World this year and I like it so far. I haven't gotten to experiment with folding/cutting the shims yet to make a better fit but the idea is nice.
