 I can't seem to find the rules for ANHA.  Can we draw out and if so how late and what is the penalty?

You can call them and they will help you out, I had to draw out one year, my horse got hurt and had to have surgery two days befor the show. I know its got to be a Doc. or a Vet to exuse for you to get out of the race. I know I got my stall fee back but I also got some of my entries back to, but I cant remember how much tho..So call..
