We are looking at a new Ram, 6 speed, diesel, 4X4. Can anyone tell me what kind of fuel mileage you are getting with your new trucks, loaded and not. Thanks in advance!!
We just bought a 2014 3500 with the 4x4 it has the Asin transmission which adds more torque hauling. We have a 3.73 rear end. We haul a 4 horse platinum reverse load with a 13' short wall we have plenty of power with the new Asin so much better then our 2012 Dually!! However, with this load we are getting 10 pulling over mountain passes in the northwest though =

It also depends on what rear end you get. My son has a 2014 3500 4x4 with the 410 gearing and gets about 11 empty and 9 loaded
(Bloomer 4 horse
).
Ditto! You have to factor in the rear end. I don't know how to explain it, but the higher the number in the rear end blah, blah, the poorer your mileage, but better towing. The smaller the number the better your mileage, but less towing ability. I'm not making sense, but it makes sense to me. LOL

I get 18-20 in my 2012, unloaded. 12-14 when pulling a trailer.
