If she's not thrashing, let her lay. 10-15mins of laying wont do anymore damage than what has or has not been done. If she is not laying quietly, walk her.

I ran home and grabbed my trailer and bringing her into the clinic. Most likely going to put her down there. It doesn't look good plus she's just a pasture pet. Her owner doesn't know it's this bad but the vet gave me "that" look.
