Does anyone know anything about Twisted Sister? Did Sydni Blanchard keep running her?

who would of thought winning just a little over $70 grand would NOT get you into the NFR!!!

I remember when $70k would put you in the top 5

And to miss the NFR by $400 bucks... OUCH!!!! It will be an exciting year.

As far as Brittany Pozzi, she hit a lot of rodeos 80 something if I remember right... but her main mount Duke is out.. I dunno if she just struggled a bit on the backups?? Im sure we'll see her again soon.

Its interesting to see Carlee Pierce back!

I was so pulling for Brenda to make it. Unofficially, I heard Bareback was $160 difference between 15th and 16th.

I bet because she was having such a great futurity year she just put her efforts there instead.  She has some really great young horses this year.

I have seen in the past where with each riders name their horses names/pedigree's were listed. How do we get that? lol.

This was a great article but from 2012:

http://www.barrelhorsenews.com/articles/event-coverage/nfr-coverage...

Then this is what was available for 2013--gives the pedigree, the rider, the owner, the breeder etc.
http://www.barrelracingreport.com/issues/12_3_13_BarrelRacingReport...

Always think it's cool to see who bred them, (wish it said who trained them) and who actually owns their own horse and which are owned by others.

I have to say that I am not looking forward to CBS coverage of the NFR, their coverage of the barrels during the regular season has been lacking.

She picked up quite a bit of money on those young horses at rodeos this year besides the futuritys. And I agree she has a really nice sting of young horses.

I am not either because a few of their rodeos this year have not started on time due to another sporting event ahead of it running over time.  They went ahead and showed the whole time frame, but just late.

I would take her DFT mare KissKiss BangBang in a heart beat! That mare has been pretty amazing in futurities, and she even won some Pro money on her this year!

Was really rooting for Sarah M. to make it. It was a long shot but clearly she was on her game this last week. Comparing her count to others especially being her rookie year she showed she can hang with the best of rodeo and jackpot riders.

It was great to see so many win 90,000+ but reality is, they probably had to spend 120,000 to get there. LOL Lets hope everyone has a great NFR and win the big bucks!
