Location: somewhere in the south | hlynn - 2014-10-04 11:16 PM Dreaming of Three is selling shirts to benefit Hottie!! For those that actually believe this filly is worth saving and worth helping out, please consider purchasing a shirt. DO3 is most certainly NOT a scam. We have raised over $80k in the last 2 years for multiple causes. From animal rescues to wildfire relief efforts to tornado victims to the SD ranchers affected by Atlas. We have had 10 Rodeo Kids now, and hoping to add more! I am actually holding a benefit for DO3 tomorrow. I absolutely love DO3. All proceeds benefit Hottie. Here's the link: http://dreamingofthree.bigcartel.com/product/justice-for-hottie I don't believe this is a scam in any way. This filly was obviously horrifically hurt, regardless of how. It's a terrible accident or attack. Either way, Hottie deserves to have a chance.
I got a message from DO3 that they weren't going to put Justice for Hottie on the shirts! Because of the controversary on BHW................what the heck? That's the only reason I was purchasing the shirt! Now I don't know if I'm getting a shirt or a refund!..........................Sometimes I wonder about our "polictically correct" world!!!

The owner of the horse is attacking NorthStar Equine Foundation AND Dreaming of Three. She has requested that we stop fundraising for her horse. AFTER NorthStar paid off over $4300 of her vet bills AND she has a personal GoFundMe page with over $10,000 of donations.
Anyways, you can choose to keep your order. You will get a shirt saying "Justice for the Animals" with the same design. We are just dropping any mention of the "injured" horse out of it.
This horrible person has cause an IMMENSE amount of trouble for DO3 and NorthStar. Anyone who donated to NorthStar: Your donation went towards the horse's VET BILLS, not to padding the owner's pockets. She is having problems handling the fact that she isn't getting a check from NEF. Any leftover donations were originally set aside into escrow for future bills. And to help other animals in the future. Since NEF is a 501c, they are not authorized to pay individuals. OBVIOUSLY. This is stated on the website and on the application that ALL applicants seeking assistance MUST fill out. This woman KNEW what she was getting into. She's just mad she doesn't have a check at her door for everything. Instead, her vet bills are PAID IN FULL and she has a lovely account all to herself while she comfortably BERATES two extremely well standing organizations.
P.S: There have been several post by her family members saying the horse was involved in an accident. NOT attacked.
If anyone else has any questions or issues pertaining to the shirt or the case, please message me and I will do my best to answer your questions and explain the situation.

Location: OK | I wondered if this was fake somehow because I just can't see how the horse was still enough for them to hit it that many times.... but I saw other pics of her after being sewn up...
