Veteran Posts: 216 Location: In between 4 ridges	Hubby and I are traveling to Dallas for the weekend. I will be in work seminar all day Friday and Saturday. Any suggestions for something to do Fri or Sat night? Even during the day for the hubby to do?

Seriously, go to downtown and eat at many of the cool restaurants like the Old Spaghetti Warehouse and then walk around that area. During the day you got to see the Kennedy Memorial and the book depository where he was shot from. Too bad the fair isn't still going on because that would have been really nice for y'all to go to. Like any big city be aware of your surroundings and have fun. Stay away from Oak Cliff and the Grove, not good areas AT ALL.

While downtown viewing the Kennedy Memorial and area ... go up the tower at the Hyatt Regency Hotel and enjoy dinner or just drinks in their revolving restaurant and bars .... glass elevators to the tower and inside the hotel are great to play on to get the dynamic view of the atrium lobby area ...
