Anyone have the P90X3? I know the workouts are shorter than P90X but is it the same type of workout where one day you do cardio, next is arms, then kickboxing, legs, etc?
I need to do something new. Have the T25 but looking for something else.

i have the P90X, I have discovered it works better if you follow along. He is always saying just hit play. Well I put the DVD in hit play and watched him workout and no results for me. Ha ha, I have gotten thru the first two weeks, thought I was going to die. I hear the new one is a shorter workout and better and more intense. One guy at work has it and loves it
(he looks great
). I have his 10 min trainer for the am workouts. I just have to start once I am cleared from the doc's office. I guess since I was in cross country, track, and basketball I like the hour workouts my body gets really warmed up after 30 min. So it depends on what fits your schedule. Another thing is I like the hour workouts since my mind will let things go from the day after 30 min, so the extra 30 min feels like me time. Everyone is different and used to different workouts.
