Trying to keep it like under $100. If more that's fine too. I can do it.

Location: Way up North | What about a custom halter or phone case? There are some really cool makers out there that can do them with their brand if they have one or other designs. Customer picture frames with a picture that means something to her would be cool too |

| Everyone needs halters,
I would get her a mule tape halter, if you can customize it this close that would be great.
You could also get her more feminine gifts such as a day spa, bath products, professional manicure and pedicure
Home made food, Carmel popcorn, fudge, squares, etc
It is the thought that counts, sure she will be happy with whatever you get her. |

| Gift baskets are always nice. You can make it with the things she likes or if she has family you could do it for the whole family. If she likes wine, i've seen some really nice baskets made with wine, crackers, cheese and some candy. If you go with a phone case there is a lady on etsy that makes some very pretty western cases with turquoise and other stones. I like to shop etsy for one of a kind items and handmade. Lets us know what you decide. |

Location: Where I am happiest | It's like my daughter. She is very hard to buy for because she has EVERYTHING and the best of it! I went to ebay for her birthday and typed in "Western Home Decor" and found alot of awsome stuff! I ended up getting her a western wall hanging that went perfect with her home decor and she was absolutelly beside herself thrilled. |

| My best friend got my the best birthday gift last year. It was a custom made necklace of my horses tail (you'd have to know if she'd mind/notice) and she bought a beautiful spur rowell for it. I love it! I did have a minor heart attack when I noticed a chunk of his tail had been cut from inside. I wear it constantly and its very sentimental to me.
I also love gift baskets where you get a bunch of maybe cheaper stuff but lots of it. Love getting a few new, nice brushes, detangler, bell boots, treats, vet wrap, ointment, etc. You could always had a human care package too. |

| I think a halter would be a really cool idea! Definitely should check out www.purplereincreations.com she is a friend of ours and she makes really awesome stuff! We've had her make us several halters as gifts and they always enjoy them! She can do almost any design on them, and they aren't to pricey! |

Location: Arkansas | If you know what kind of ropes she uses, a box of ropes is always good. You could also look at a pair of back cinch buckles. Or if you know a pic she loves, have it put on a fleece blanket. I got one of those and LOVE it! |

Location: Canada | I would agree with the previous poster about a drawn portrait of her horse and her roping, or of her horse. Another option is you can contact a local up and coming photographer and arrange for a photo shoot of her and her horse. Lots of budding photographers will take some great photos at a fraction of the cost of an established photographer and then she can just print what she wants or if you end up with a great deal print her a couple of photos.
Other suggestions
nice winter blanket, summer sheet, cooler with her horses name embroidered on it.
Barn jacket with a team roper embroidered on it and her name
Leather halter with a name plate of her favorite horse
Nice stall plates for her horses stall
Membership to her roping association

I would love a drawing by Sara Jean!!!!!!!!!!!! They held a drawing clinic at my boarding facility and one of the people chose my horse as her subject. Love the drawing, its not Sarajean worthy but its really good. I had it framed and it hangs in my bedroom. |
