I am wanting to order a new Crown C but have never sat in one myself. I ride a 15' Pozzi and 15.5 Bob Marshall. With the Pozzi I have 1-2 fingers clearance between leg and swell.

The he dealer I spoke to said a 14.5 but I'm worried that will be too small.

Can an someone enlighten me how the seat runs compared to others.

I ride a 14.5 in most every saddle I have had and I liked the same size in the crown c. Some people like it a half size larger. The leg openings are more narrow and the seat is flat. I love the way it sits!

I have a 15" MP Xtreme and it is too small for me, but my 14.5 Crown C is alot roomier.

This is a good explanation!  I have a 15" in the Crown C but am a 14.5" in the Pozzi.  I had a lady tell me she thought a 15" was way too big for me, but I think that's why I don't get the being thrown forward feeling.

Your best bet would be to try one on a horse. Here is my experience: I ride both Pozzi and Crown C depending on the horse. My normal seat size is 13 1/2" BUT I can ride a 14" in Pozzi but ideally would ride a 13 1/2" in Pozzi. I have a 13 1/2" and a 14" Crown C. The 13 1/2" throws me forward and I'm selling it. I think the rule of thumb for seat size is absolutely correct when it comes to Crown C. Buy 1/2" bigger than what you normally ride in. My 14" are perfect for me. Hope this helps.
