He hasn't been on the national stage long enough, as far as I'm concerned. I like what he says......and only time will tell me he is the real deal.
When it comes to proven success in a variety of settings, nobody even remotely comes close to Romney. Everyone agrees this country is more divided than ever. Like it or not, we need a president who has demonstrated an ability to bring people together. He's done that in Massachusetts, of all places. Reagan had that same gift. The guy knows how to manage a large business successfully. Romney is the kind of guy who, if you had something that's broken, you assign him the task......and he fixes it. His personal life is impeccable and there's nothing fake about his spiritual faith. We need that as well. He knows a lot about selflessness and sacrifice for others, because that's how he's lived his life. Not only that, but practically everything he predicted has been right on the money. |

Location: Online | We need someone who's not afraid of the Liberal media and talking heads. Who can stand up to their spin, half truths and outright lies. Someone who is quick witted enough and not politically correct. Condi would be the best at that in my mind. They will try to rip her apart, because she worked for Bush. They will take a little information here and a little there and run with it. She is strong enough and outspoken enough to put them in their place. The problem I see with that is she's too smart to run for POTUS. |

She is the Democrats worst possible nightmare.....beautiful, talented, eloquent, brilliant, Black, conservative, and a woman. Shapton and Jackson would cry if she decided to run. The woman is a genius. She's an accomplished figure skater, a concert pianist, an expert in Russia, and she can speak both Spanish and Russian fluently. |

Location: Where I am happiest | I voted for Romney and I believe he would have been a great President! However he has said no to running and I'm not so sure if he did run he could pull off the win. He will already go in as a looser all to reciently. I say NO to any more Bush's. That would be a automatic lose. Jeb doesnt have a strong conservative following because he is a RINO and he wont pick up any of the left simply because he is a Bush. I honestly think if we could get her to run, Rice could pull off the win. She would garner the minority vote and the women voters plus she has a very strong conservative following. She is the total package! Then she could bring Romney with her! I think he would go for VP. Ahhhhh, a girl can dream............... |

| My big issue with Romney. is that he is delusional and apparently surrounds himself with inept people. He thought through election night that he had it in the bag and he didn't.
No to another Bush.
The problem is, that anyone I DO like will not have a chance in Hades to win the nomination as the GOP will continue on putting forth their good old boy, paid their GPO "dues" candidate and we will again be forced to vote against, instead of FOR a candidate.
I like Jindal (won't run), Allen West, Dr Carson, think Rice would make an excellent leader (maybe VP for now), don't know anything about Walker, kinda like Cruz and Paul but am sure that they are way to volatile to get the nomination. Not too high on Christie but maybe need more info.
I do like Palin but she has proved to be a lightning rod.... I think that she would shake things up in Washington, something it desperately needs, but the rank and file will never support her. Capitol Hill needs to start looking out for the real interests of this country and it's citizens above all else, instead of ways to acquire more money and power for individuals and parties.
I agree that the GOP and Dems are two sides of the same coin and it is time we get some REAL representation in the White House.
I pray that Hillary does not get the Dem nomination because it has been proven in the past two elections that there are enough people willing to drink the Koolaid to get her elected. I have to admit that I thought that Obama was the lesser of two evils when it came to their run off. Not sure, but that still may be true.

| Come to think of it, if Clinton gets the nod, then Rice might be the perfect candidate to run against her. That would slap the left in the face. A Black woman as the first female President (soo much easier to live with than Hillary!!). It would be interesting to see how they would spin against that! |
