Ive used my Debra Sibley on super stocky horses to more TB type builds and it seems to fit both well.

I chose bob marshall, only because it is a treeless which tends to fit a large majority (though not all)

I have a Circle Y saddle I bought from Smith Brothers about 10 years ago for only about $700.

I've had it on a wide variety of horses and it's been pretty good.

I have a Running P trophy barrel saddle that fits every horse  I have ever put it on. Sits very level and up on the horses whithers. I absolutely love it. The only bad part is it sits be a little forward which as great for my push style horse but for my free runner I need to sit back a little more.

There is no saddle that can fit a TB style and a mutton wither flat backed horse.

The closest you would get is a treeless, problem is the pommel is made out of solid material and this still makes contact with the horse. In a trees saddle the pommel ties into the bars making the gullet. The bars can flare out so to allow free shoulder movement. The treeless only has padding under the pommel, I would be interested in knowing what the padding consists of as most padding will compress over time.

Honestly the easiest thing to do is buy horses similar build therefore the saddle fitting will be similar.
