Starting a LLC...any advice?

We are starting a LLC for our farm. I train, sell, and give lessons. This is all new to me so any advice is greatly appreciated!!

If you are setting up a business, get yourself a trusted and experienced CPA/Accountant first! They can assist you with setting up your business properly as well as the LLC....and educate you regarding what you need to do for recordkeeping
(MOST important
)..... and next speak to your insurance person to assure you have all the proper insurances in place
(letting them know it is for your business/LLC
)...... and next you probably should speak to a lawyer to get your "forms" in order regarding training, boarding, lessons and liability.....

Ok thank you! Yes we are setting up with a CPA and hoping hey can leafbird in the right direction as well. Insurance policy is in the works, and next we will go to a lawyer!
