Location: Arkansas | Ok I need some clarifying on exactly how long a BOT sheet should be left on. I know for the first few days, you only use it a couple of hours. After that it says leave onovernight. Does this mean you should do about 12 hours on and 12 off? Or is it ok to leave it on all day and night? Im looking for people experiences on exactly the regimen that should be used. |

I use mine for a few mins before I ride and all night long. I am also curious if it would be too much to say use to haul to a race, before riding and all night that night? |

| I do use mine all day and night and thought I read somewhere this was okay but clarification would be great

That's basically my question... can they be left on too long? Can harm be done? |

So do you leave yours on 24 hours for several days duration or just around a show perioid? |
