Expert Posts: 1410 Location: Peach State	I have a gelding that constantly drops after being ridden and lately I've noticed he's ALWAYS "hanging out" and I'm pretty sure it needs to be cleaned. Also what's the best way to go about this without being kicked in the face :)

	Mine will drop when he's getting groomed, but as soon as he sees me coming with that warm water/towel, he about knocks me out. I let my vet handle it

Take a Picture Posts: 12838	I clean mine about every three months. My horses are very gent!e so I don't have a problem. If you have not done this before let a vet do it so you don't get kicked. Some horses don't like you in their personal space.
