WOW, thanks for the responses!
For some reason these responses didnt appear when I refreshed my computer before our trip to the vet.
Here is a list of things he does you guys mentioned...
One side of his jaw seems almost loose at times...
3 weeks ago his left eye was droopy looking, but it went away in a day or so...
Drags his back feet crossing the smallest of obstacles...
Really flighty...

Stands with one back leg cocked...
Our vet said he didnt think it has anything to do with EPM and he has treated hundreds, but were still going to get him tested.
We ended up injecting his fetlock for the first time and his SI for the 2nd time since sept.

Thanks for the update!
I think the resting hind leg and sticking the front leg out is not related to EPM. Horses have been doing that for ages, before EPM, and it usually means they're sore.
