| I've tried advocare and I just couldn't do the pills, they made me sick. Has anyone tried a diet that they just loved that didn't require them to take 30,000 pills everyday? Thanks in advance!! |

Location: East Tennessee but who knows?! | Low carb Mediterranean. Basically lots of green veggies and meat/fish, very little fruit and you can have a glass of wine every night. First time I tried it, I lost 12 pounds in 2 weeks.
Not as fast but a little easier to maintain -- eat veggies, beans, eggs/meat/fish, fruit once a day and periodically splurge on rice or baked potatoes. The only dairy is real butter, cheese, or ranch dressing and I lay on the olive oil. Try not eat after 4pm.
My problem is I love pizza and pasta and ice cream but I've noticed I feel like crap afterwards. |

| I love my Thrive :) it is not a magical weight loss program--any product that claims to be, is full of it. But, it gives my body what it needs, so I don't crave the carbs and sugar. It makes eating healthy with smaller portions very easy. It also gives me the energy and relief from joint aches, so I can exercise :) |

Location: here | Weight Watchers it is rated the highest for weight loss. You go by points. It works. I lost 30 pound in 3 months last year reached my goal weight and am now a lifetime member. You learn what are healthy low point foods but is does not restrict you from eating anything just stay within your points allowed and move move move. 1st diet I have been able to stay with and Im in my 50s.. It really is about changing your life not a diet per say

Location: WV | As much as I would love a quick fix, I don't do pills etc... We try not to call it a diet but just being healthy and eating like we should. We are trying to go back more toward the Paleo way. The reason we like this way is because we feel better mentally and physically. Do something that is easy and will work for you. Good luck in whatever you do. |

Location: SE Missouri | I'm on day 18 of Chirothin and I'm down 13.5 lbs. its a mix of paleo, weight watchers, parts of Adkins,, Etc.. It does have 1 supplement drop during losing phase but basically it is a very focused portion control diet with only clean foods! No oils, no fat, no nuts, lean proteins only, no dairy, no grains, no potatoes, no sodas, lots of water... No exercise and the losing phase is 42daya (2 are loading days).. Then there's a Maintence phase where you add additional portions and some additional sources of protein..
I feel so much better in a short time. It's easy to stay focused when the weight is falling off and you are eating GOOD food. Your stomach will growl, but you refuel with really good food. You get a handle on the difference between bored eating and real hunger also.. I'm on the road a lot and have managed to stay on track! Lots of veggies and I get FRUIT!! I just feel that the commitment to clean foods is a lifestyle change for me! My face has cleared up, my skin is more hydrated, and my belly fat is shrinking big time!
Drawback: less insulation means I'm cold lol. Hoping to lose 30# total during losing phase which will put me in the low side of overweight on the BMI chart. I'm just super excited about it and not shakes or pills! The supplement is tasteless. |

Location: Minnesota | I do things the old fashion way. I eat six small meals a day, every 2.5 to 3 hours. I work out 5 to 6 times a week. I take vitamins and 2 workout supplements. I eat raw foods, nothing from a box or can. No pop or candy. I've lost 40 lbs.
Its my lifestyle, not a diet or fad. Good luck! |

Weight watchers has been around a long time. When other diets come and go, weight watchers is still around. |

This is the right way. Pills, wraps, and shakes don't make you lose weight. It's a lifestyle change. If it comes in a package, don't eat it. Lots of fruits, veggies, and protein. Join groups on Facebook that encourage clean eating.
Please do not take pills or use fad diets. They DO NOT work and can be hazardous to your health.
Also, you MUST be active in order to lose weight! Not just a treadmill either - lift heavy things!! |
