I put depends on rider, because overweight is vaug.
Im overweight for my hight according to the DR. Chart and I have pretty near 40 baby pounds to lose STILL urgh.
Some days i cry about my weight. I know i dont fit my saddle idealy anymore, and im SOOOOO tired of being self couscous about it. And im working really hard to get back to where i was by its a really slow progress. And i ride in all technaquality a pony LOL.

There's a couple people who say i shouldent ride according to this post. I think a denfition to "overweight" would make this much more accurate.
