| Terrible. we actually had to switch rooms it was so bad. Long walk from the front, low ceilings in the hallways, and its very modern floor plan. if you aren't that concerned with layout of room, its a good deal, just not what we want when we are on vacay. |

| just a bad layout. walk in the room there are 2 glass door for the bathroom, (one for toilet, one for shower) and sink is in the middle of the room, no real bathroom. Bed on the far wall and TV on a middle wall. thats about it.
If you dont spend time in the room it will be fine.
Way better value for your money than staying somewhere like the Trop or Flamingo for the same price.
These rooms are NEW (in 2011) so they are clean. |

I stayed in the Tropicana in December for the finals and just wanted to say that many of their rooms are newly renovated. We didn't have any problems with ours and it was nothing to walk across the street to the MGM and enjoy everything there without the MGM price. We stayed at the Tropicana for 4 nights for $150 total, double beds and a huge bathroom. |

This ^^
The toilet is literally behind a glass door. You would probably be fine as long as you and your friend are pretty comfortable around each other! The lighting was also really odd I thought. It seemed really dim. They are very clean rooms though! |

Location: Missouri | as long as clean and good service I think we will be fine. Any windows in the room? Easy to get to strip? |

Location: Texas | I didn't like that the lighting wasn't very good, especially at the bathroom vanity/sink where you put your makeup on. |

there is one window behind the bed. Not in a good area for a view though.
you can walk all the way down the hall and get out to the strip by Hakassan. I would not call it "easy" strip access though. MGM is HUGE! |

Location: Borger, Tx | We stayed there for the Finals and all of the above comments are how I felt too:) It's a hike from the rooms to the main lobby area but it was very clean and nice and quiet too. Have fun!! |

Location: Canada | We didn't mind it, but the lighting was pretty bad. And it was just ok. Considering we stayed at Caesars the first few days, it was a step down from Caesars Palace.

Location: Oklahoma | Editing this to say that this wasn't in the west wing. Here pictures from out room.Β The layout wasn'tΒ bad (except noΒ privacy if you were in the shower!), but the lighting was a little bit awkward for makeup.Β I walked out the first morning with wwaaaayyyy too much highlighter! Β I liked the room andΒ the hotel, but next time I'll stay closer to the actual strip.Β I can't afford to be so far away from Cake Boss! Β
