Anyone who has ever worked in a service industry knows about those types. That's people for you. Most are nice, but you get your bad eggs that like to stir the pot or think the cosmos revolve around them. It happens.

I would suggest you help out at some other shows first. This will give you an idea of what it takes to put on a show. There is a lot going on and barrel racers are notorious for complaining if the show does not run smoothly. Volunteer to help because shows will not turn down help. This is the best way to get an idea about putting on a show.
