| of course, 3 weeks ago when i was not looking for a triple creek everyone was throwing them in my face, now that I'm ready to buy, i cannot find one.
so.. everyone who has rode in one, what else do they ride like?? I'm open to buying other saddles but really wanted a triple creek. i need something i can move and get out of if needed. i don't like feeling like I'm stuck there, i had a tammy fisher treeless and thats exactly what it felt like, as for a cactus i had too.
does the triple creeks fit true to size? i don't have a million dollars to spend. around $1500 |

Location: Where you need a paddle... Oregon! | I like mine a lot. True to size. I get compliments on it all the time. It's not a brand that is common here in Oregon.

Location: Washington | I have 3 and love them! I won't buy another brand as long as they are in business! They sit me how I like, I am able to sit deep but get right back up and ride without it hindering me any. I also just like the overall way they ride they are comfortable and I feel like I will stay in, but not a trapped feeling like some saddles have. |

Location: NC | What is the leather like in these? is it really soft or kinda stiff where you have to work at breaking them in and turning the fenders? |

Location: Oklahoma | Mine is a 2009 model. The leather is soft, but I do oil it regularly. I opted for 1/2 breed tooling with roughout jockeys and fenders. They are now smooth with the use, but they look great. Mine has fit everything I've put it on. The biggest draw to me is the fact that I come from an english background and these saddles have a more narrow twist in the tree so it doesn't feel like you're being split in half. I also like the fact it sits you very centered and balanced. I know of a couple used FQHB for sale with full tooling. Message me for details. |

Location: Where you need a paddle... Oregon! | The leather was stiff and seemed thin compared to the Cactus I sold in order to buy the TC. Truthfully, I was a little freaked when I took it out of the box and worried that I had made a big mistake. But I oiled it repeatedly and it loosened up. I'm not sure if the girl I bought it from had ever taken care of it well. Now I don't give the leather a second thought. I like that the twist is narrower as I'm not a wide hipped gal, I like where it sits me and I especially like it's weight. |

Location: East TN | I was in the same situation back in the summer. I held out until i went to world in Perry in October thinking id find one. I couldnt find a triple creek but a couple of my friends suggested i try a Pro Rider since they are very similar and i fell in LOVE!! Bought one brand new at world actually So if you still cannot find exactly what you're looking for, try out a pro rider ive ridden in both now and they really are SUPER close. Ill never buy another brand after this.... itll forever be a triple creek or a pro rider. |
