You get what you give Posts: 13030 Location: Texas	She cultured two big ones.. lucky you. Kidding. To follow up- ceftiofur and Naxcel are the same thing. Naxcel is a trade name. Excede is the approved Ceftiofur for horses. I would lavage her and treat her systemically. I'm sure they've already been doing it. I'm dealing with it right now with my mare- she cultured dirty, cleaned her up, bred her, she got dirty again, slipped. but her culture and sensitivity came back sensitive to most things to we treated with Timetin and are doing betadine lavages

	Time to declare you are snake bit and bring the mare home ... now you know why she was a rescue horse and now a high dollar vet bill along with mare care ... and don't forget the money you spent last year since this is a re-breed ... Get another mare for 2016 breeding and do it at home ....
