So my "new" saddle was in pretty rough shape when I got it, so I decided to clean it up some and redo the conchos on it.

Ive been playing with the idea of doing some hand painting or some sort of customization eventually. Would love to see if anyone else has done their own saddle revamping!

You did a great job! Where did you get your conchos? I have a Martin I recently bought and scrubbed up good and thought about replacing the conchos on.

I just got them from a local tack shop. But I've seen them online too, just cant remember where.

You can order concho's through Heritage Brand and they sell adapters for the ones that screw directly into the tree!

How did you get the dark marks off the seat?

Fine grain sand paper and a little elbow grease.
