My little mare seems to have just found a new gear, she was stubborn and slow in the beginning, well I put her up for sale and all of a sudden it's like she knew it, she stepped it up a notch. Not just in barrel races but even at home exercising. She's moving quicker on her feet and finally has that forward motion I've been looking for.
Just seems like the last few colts were much easier and naturally athletic, she has taken longer then usual. She's also a mare....I have not had a mare in years lol!
Now I'm willing to give this girl more time!
