in 2010 I weighed 243lbs and wore a size 22. I had a very stressfull job that I got laid off from June of that year. (Blessing in disguise.) To afford to work off my rent I cleaned all the stalls for the landlord, and for spending cash I went next door to groom and work horses for the lady next door to us. When I had nothing to do I decided to try to go running on our trails. "Running" consisted of jogging for 30 seconds and then catching my breath. Once I caught my breath I would run again. Pretty soon I was good for about 5 miles total. I lost 75 lbs and went down to a size 8. Then I got hired at my current job in June of 2011. I continued to run, but we like potlucks here and I put on about 15 lbs. Then I lost the 15 lbs. Then gained it. I had lost 10 of it again when I got pregnant last year and put on 25. To this day I have lost 35lbs and have a futurity colt that I am bound and determined to run myself. I want to lose 80lbs total by 2017. My goal is to lose 8 lbs every 3 months so that its not a "huge" deal. I had started eating Paleo, but since I have a very painful complication from pregnancy I have had to switch to a high fiber diet. Which I guess works because I still eat pretty clean and stay away from junk. I know I don't NEED to be 112 lbs, but for the futurity I feel like I do to be a jockey. If I am a lean, mean 125lbs, great, but I also want to let my horse have all that chance to win and I don't want my weight to affect him. Congrats to everyone for your achievements...it's a hard roller coaster of a road!

Great job on the futurity colt motivation. I'm in the same boat. However, there are male futurity trainers who weigh 140-175 pounds and win futurities. Lol. I am a guy to so no 112 for me. Lol. I recognize the arena in your avatar and we probably know each other. ??

Well I had torn a groin muscle and couldn't ride for about 3 years. Needless to say I put on some weight. So I saw a lady on FB talking about a product she had that would give you energy, help curb cravings AND help with hot flashes. She sent me a sample. I was sold after day 2. I have lost over 25 pounds so far and am within 10# of what I weighed when I was 30 (that was over 25 years ago! LOL). I feel great have boundless energy and have not had as much as a sniffle this past winter. Oh and NO hot flashes anymore. I signed up to be a distributor that week!! If you'd like some samples message me and I'll send you some. Visit www.lonestar.1vizn.com for product information.
