Ok barrel racers needs y'alls experience. It only took me graduating from college plus a couple years to buy my first LQ trailer after having the one I started out in for 10+ years... So I NOW have a 10ft LQ with mangers and hay pod.... Plenty of storage separate shower/toilet in mid tack area... SOOOO what are things that are must haves? Especially, for this summer, many weekend/week long trips with my little sister so what do I need in the trailer? I already have the usual, toiletries, clothes, kitchen stuff, tack, first aid ( for 2 and 4 legs), buckets, etc, but things you don't think of...???

google CAMPING WORLD and go thru their catalogue ...

Get you a white fresh water hose and ONLY USE IT for your LQ water connections, get you a brass 30-35psi water pressure regulator that hooks right onto your hose, 40psi is the limit on your water lines in the trailer..... and really important ... get you a 30 amp RV heavy duty extension cord not one from Home Depot ... before hooking up electricity ... cut off the main breakers in the trailer and at the land power box... then hook up land power and then trailer and turn breakers back on in that order ... you do not want a spark to knock you down or fry anything that is on in the trailer ... anything with a remote stays on all the time unless you unhook the plugin .... buy you a plugin strip with a rocker turnoff switch for these items and save your batteries from running down at home...

Sewer hose hookup for black and grey water tanks with a clear peekaboo hookup so you can see your waste draining.. .... and best advice I can give you .. save your walmart bags to put your used toilet paper in to throw in the trash instead of down in the toilet like you do at home. Nothing worse than plugged up tanks.

Keep your black water tank closed even when hooked up and gray water open ...but Before dumping tanks .. fill both of them up .. dump black water first and then the gray water tank to clean out your sewer hose. A black water hose to use only on your sewer items. ... and some heavy duty throw away gloves .... handling and cross contaminating this crap with your fresh water items can give you a bad case of the trots .. lol ..

When buying stuff for the trailer .. always keep in mind how much it weighs and if it can be used for doing several things.. doesn't take long to get a ton of crap loaded up in the nose of your trailer .. lol
GOOD LUCK ...
