Saddle - Trophy Lettering Dye Bleeding - Tips?

Hi all, recently got a new saddle with trophy lettering on it. After riding about 10 times, the dye is bleeding everywhere. Wondering if anyone had any tips for stopping the bleeding and also cleaning up the mess? Is this normal? TIA!

I am not sure that we have ever encountered dye that bled and it would be hard to give you tips without seeing a picture. Do you mean the dye is "rubbing off"? You could try using a mild leather cleaner and a toothbrush to remove the dye if it is soluble dye.
After you have cleaned up the mess, IF you have a Tandy's Leather Store near you, you can purchase a sealer
(Resoline, Tan-Kote, Saddle-Lac, Pro-Clear, etc
) that will seal over the dye.

Put clear fingernail polish over the letter. Be careful not to get all over the saddle

Tandy Leather will have a clear top coat that you can paint on top of the letters if you have the patience to do it.
