Anyone have any info yet about this tour? I saw Sabra's Turkey run was the first tour date listed...

Location: In The Land of Cotton | Go to FB. I thought I had tagged a lot of you in it. Lucky dog is having some in September. I think it is great. As quoted "I love competition like a fat kid loves cake"! Which was said by the great RWR!
Renea puts on a good show and this will only make it better.

BARREL RACERS - YOU COULD WIN $100,000!
National Barrel Racing Tour = A tour of over 30 national qualifying events is being formed across the United States (no more than 2 in each state except the host state of Oklahoma, which shall have a max of 4 qualifying events). Qualifying events will be held in conjunction with existing barrel races held throughout the nation.
The qualifier entry fee will be $300 (15% held for admin, 25% paid back at host qualifying event, and 60% of entry fee will go to the finale). (website will have full rules and breakdown of # of finale qualifiers to be awarded at each event based on # entries, etc.) 2 buckles will be awarded at EACH qualifying event. (added money at qualifying events is based on a sliding scale according to # entries). This is NOT a divisional race it is a straight payback race.
The finale will be held July 31, 2016 at the Lazy E Arena (Guthrie, OK) in conjunction with the Run For The Bonus Regionals Open 5D. $100,000 is guaranteed to the champion of the finale. In addition, 5 Sharin Hall HI MONEY saddles will be awarded to the TOP FIVE hi-money horse/rider combinations of the tour (max of 2 qualifiers in each state may count towards tour standings).
There is an annual membership fee of $35/rider to compete in the NATIONAL BARREL RACING TOUR. (Riders age 65 and over are FREE) Once a member, you may enter and compete in ANY qualifying event. (full rules/details tba on website). Once a member enters a qualifying event they ALSO will be awarded a Run For The Bonus id# to be used at the Bonus Race World Finals and/or Regional Finals Open 5D Bonus Round (one given to ALL entrants simply for entering and competing at a qualifying event).
We have some other awards/surprises in store but I hope this gives you an idea of what is coming. We are working hard to finalize tour dates and hopefully publishing a tentative list by the end of this week.
