Location: Louisiana | Do you have a UPS store near you?
If not, I "think" you can pay for and print the label at home, then just drop it off at a local business who is a "pick-up" location. I know where I work, every now and then someone will leave something for pick up. You could also ask the business to ship for you. We have shipped items for customers and they just pay us the shipping fee. |

Location: Oklahoma | I bought a big box at Staples and went to the post office (because it was cheapest place to ship with). Got some funny looks from some elderly men who didn't think I needed to be lifting such heavy things..... If they only knew! lol |

I have shipped 3 saddles and received 2 in my lifetime and all were done through the United States Postal Service. Cost me generally around 55.00 to ship and insurance. It's easy! |

| I ship UPS. I print my labels at home (have a UPS account, personal not business); measure the box, estimate the weight and it gives you the cost. I always insure and require signature. I also pay extra and have UPS pick the box up at my house - not the cheapest options though but safe and easy.
As for the box, make sure it's big enough and use lots of bubble wrap. Also put an address label inside the box should it come open or suffer some kind of damage to the outside label. |

Location: Kansas | I shipped one from Kansas to Pennsylvania and another to California. I used old blankets and pillows (clean) to make sure they arrived unscuffed.
You also have to think about insuring them which is darned expensive. |
