I just recently bought a C & C living quarters trailer and it has a fan system in the horse section, but they aren't working. It has the switch that turns them all one I am guessing but where are they supposed to be getting the power from...or where should I start to look on how to fix them?

Have you tried each fan individually? If so, the best bet would be to call a trailer manufacturer. Manufacturers have parts and service and should be able to help. Or, any RV place like Camping World, etc.

Do you have any idea where it gets power from? like a battery or anything?

It should be wired to the trailer's battery.
