Location: Wonderful Wyoming | Does anyone have any Purina Coupons? I used to get them emailed to me, but it has been a long time since I have seen any. |

I've only been feeding that for a couple days, but my 2 old guys really like it and I love to see the beet shreds in there. Smells good too. Hope it works out for me. I am REAL tired of switching feeds and I honestly don't grain very much and very few head of horses. But $25-$28 a bag is going to hurt a little. |

24.30 a bag---I grimace when I write the check, but I don't really have a choice because of where we live!! I have 2 on it, and they love it. (36 and 20) The oldest one was on plain Sr but I did a lot of research and decided to put him on the Active for the extra calories. He has very few teeth and seems to be able to eat the Active better; he gets 6 lbs mixed with 2 cups of beet pulp, Platinum Healthy Weight oil, and 2 scoops Platinum CJ. I have him on Previcoxx right now for arthritis also. I posted on the thread for old horses with winter approaching about him---I worry he's too thin but I know he doesn't need to carry extra weight on those old bones either, so I try to keep him "just right". As fall moves in we'll start feeding him twice a day. Our other 4 obviously don't get near as much feed, but he quids hay and can graze only "longer" pasture so we have to make up for that with the Sr. I will do my best by him as long as he's enjoying life still---my Dan deserves it. Back on track, sorry----we love the Active!! Hope it works out great for you and your oldies too. |

Location: Montana | I haven't gotten coupons in a long time either, and I used to get them all the time. And feed has really gone up! I remember when it was less than (gasp!) $15 a bag not too long ago...for senior feed even. |
