What is the difference between these two products?

SmartTLC and TLC Animal Nutrition of PA?

Smartpak:

TLC Animal Nutrition-inflammation or joint products

In short, the Smart TLC Pellets contain no Glucosamine which is really needded to help repair cartalidge and halt the progression of arthritis. The  formula is basically to adress inflamation and thereby the pain issues. Having said that, the dosage levels are quite low. You want at the very least 10,000 mg of the MSM per day, 20,000 if it is a major issue. It is also a pellet. Anything in a pellet form is going to have binders and fillers in it.
The Performance Plus is a more rounded formula that is high in fats with a good Omega 3 to Omega 6 ratio. This will help with inflamtion to a certain extent as well as body condition. It also contains Glucosamine HCL at a good dosage but is low in the MSM. This formula will address overall joint health better but not be quite as strong anti-inflam. This formula comes in both a pellet and powder form.
It all depends on what your horse's issue is and what you are trying to achieve with your supplement as to which formula will work better.

Thank you! Here is the link again: https://www.smartpakequine.com/mobile/ps/8249

Let me know if it works for you!

We have a horse on smartpak tlc for sidebone but someone suggested switching him to the tlc nutrition. But the damage is already done for his side bone as it was injury related. We are combating more of an inflammation issue

I agree with the Cur Ost Total. Start him on it and if after the loading dose, if he needs added support you can add 1/4 of the Pure. This will help with the inflammation and pain. My mare is off Previcox and BUTE/Banamine.

Thank you! We have side bone shoes on and previcox and vet recommended the smart tlc and he is doing great. But my husband talk to Mel Potter and he said Tlc animal nutrition was working for ringbone on their horse! Where is a link to the cur-ost?

I believe if you do a search for "Cur-ost" that Herbie has listed the link several places.
