I think I know what you're talking about. These?:: http://www.dreamhorsesupplement.com/product-p/101.htm

If you look at the ingredients, they're basically just alfalfa. So you could feed alfalfa pellets or cubes & get the same effect.

It's actually a lot of calcium as well which soothes ulcers.

I know the lady who made them. She has been a great mentor to me.

I use them as well :)

I sent a link to my vet and he thinks they will work. They are basically tums mixed with alfalfa. My horse is really bad about relapsing, and when he does, he bucks! On the pattern... I'm learning the signs he gives, but sometimes you are already entered when they appear:

I would give them to my horse 5 horses before I ran.

I really felt like it made a difference.

There were a few times my horses ass spouted fire and I wasn't expecting it :P

I wanted to bump this up because I did buy these and I feel they do help. Plus, my horse loooovvvvesss them. I haven't run him on them yet. When his start bothering him and before he gets hateful about it, he starts not wanting to take his left lead. Sometimes he will be a little iffy about it, but go ahead and take it. He picks it up right away with these. He was getting to the not wanting to take it point, even though we just re treated him about 6 weeks ago.
