If the house isn't expensive then I wouldn't worry too much about the vinyl - just make sure the floor is prepped accordingly so it sticks and doesn't shift. And get a decent looking vinyl - something neutral.

As long as it looks good. Most people seem to want to change it anyways. So I wouldn't put anything real expensive down.

This is good advice. When my neighbor sold her home she paid a few thousand to have new carpet installed. First thing new owners did was rip it out and put in hardwood floors.

Today people are more preferring hardwood floors instead of carpets, as these are easy to clean, but it becomes difficult to maintain the shine of the hardwood floors for long, this can be maintained by using carpets and there are many modern carpet manufacturers who provide best carpet installing services.

I bought about 20-25 tiles for about $35. I had some peel and stick down in my tiny bathroom before in blue and wanted to change so I bought some in a beige stone look. The old ones were there for about 10 yrs and wow they were a bit tough to get up. They stayed down very very well. A bit sun faded in spots, but looked great otherwise. My dad helped me put the new down. My bathroom is tiny so we only need about 15. Super easy to put down. You can cut them with scissors. Not the faciest thing out there but for a quick fix that is cheap, a nice way to go. I bought mine on ebay. But then I found home depot/lowes/menards all carry them and have much pretty selections.
